These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by The Foot Clinic. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the following:

1. Voucher Purchase & Redemption

• Vouchers can be purchased directly from The Foot Clinic in person or via our website/phone.

• Vouchers may be redeemed against podiatry treatments and services offered at The Foot Clinic, Coxhoe.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase further gift vouchers, or applied to retail products unless specifically stated.

2. Expiry & Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.

• The expiry date is printed on the voucher or confirmed in writing at the time of issue.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments using a voucher must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Our normal cancellation policy applies. If you fail to attend an appointment without giving the required notice, the voucher may be voided.

4. Refunds & Transfers

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.

• Vouchers may be transferred to another person with the voucher holder’s consent.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• The Foot Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

• Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

6. Restrictions

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

• Some treatments may require a medical consultation or may not be suitable for all clients; alternative services may be offered at the clinician’s discretion.

7. General

• The Foot Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
